As the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a passionate team at this prestigious 2 AA Rosette restaurant, ensuring seamless service that exceeds guest expectations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the restaurant into "the fine place to dine" while driving sales and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your regular presence on the floor will invite feedback, resolve issues, and guarantee an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Restaurant Manager Ideal Profile:
Strong ability to engage with guests and staff effectively, building positive relationships and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
Ability to work effectively in a demanding front-facing role, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure
Takes initiative and ensures thorough follow-through on tasks, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Possesses excellent organizational skills, managing time efficiently to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities
Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards in service, presentation, and overall restaurant operations
Presents professionally with an engaging, outgoing manner that reflects high standards
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing service quality, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a warm and welcoming environment
Lead and motivate the restaurant team, providing training and support to develop their skills and ensure high performance
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Anticipate and resolve issues promptly, taking a proactive approach to improve restaurant processes and guest satisfaction
Oversee staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs and productivity
Implement strategies to enhance revenue, including upselling, promotions, and innovative service initiatives, while maintaining cost control.
