Head of Sales (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the sales of our IT services. You are the central interface between our sales team and our customers and make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

  • The development and implementation of strategic sales planning
  • Managing and motivating the sales team
  • Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
  • The negotiation and conclusion of contracts
  • The preparation of offers and presentations
  • Market observation and competitor analysis
  • Budget planning and control
Your profile
  • You have a degree with a focus on business or IT or comparable training
  • You have excellent knowledge of the IT industry and have several years of experience in sales of IT services and managed services
  • You have strength in setting up, developing and managing sales units
  • You are a team player and motivate your employees (m/f/d) to perform at their best
  • You have a high degree of self-discipline, goal orientation and assertiveness
  • You have negotiating skills and are keen to close deals
  • A confident demeanor and professional manners are a matter of course for you
  • You have a class B driving license
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
