Digital Strategy Director

The Role:

Join a global leader in total brand activation with a proven track record of more than five decades. You will be joining at an exciting time, as the business is currently ramping up its Digital Transformation, with the foundation of internal technology infrastructure and tech stack already in place, and digital literacy education underway, you will be heavily involved in ensuring that the company’s vision of becoming a data-driven enterprise by 2025 remains on track.

Focused on the European market, you will be involved in a variety of data projects, ranging from client data analysis and business development to strategic alliances and taking part in pitches. It’s a broad remit, and reflective of the innovative direction that the team is driving towards.

You will work closely with several teammates, including data scientists, creative designers, engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and support multiple offices around Europe with data-related products and services

• Work with BU leads to identify suitable clients and projects to approach and pitch

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new projects and delivery

• Share and explain benefits of data and analytics services case studies

• Help to localize global content for European market opportunities

• Plan creative strategies to collect data from projects using proprietary tools or external partners

• Collaborate with cross-regional team to present and understand latest developments

• Meet with internal stakeholders and external clients

• Work independently, it's a regional position reporting back to HQ office in Hong Kong

Competence Requirement:

• 10 years or above working experience working with data or analytics related products or services

• Independent and self-motivated

• Strong communication and client engagement skills

• Track record of developing business in European market

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Understanding of role within a team and collaboration

• High degree of organization and rigor
