Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As the Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing engineering professionals in temporary roles across a variety of industries. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering sector, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
# Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
# Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability for temporary engineering positions.
# Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefings, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
# Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies, including Right to Work checks, GDPR regulations, and client-specific requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our CRM system.
# Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the engineering sector, expanding the company's client base and revenue streams.
# Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance service delivery.
# Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, including revenue goals, candidate placements, and client satisfaction metrics.


Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of temporary staffing practices and employment legislation.
