Job Description We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Counsel. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts while advising internal teams on corporate, employment, and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will also monitor regulatory developments, support M&A and restructuring projects, protect the brand online, and collaborate with external counsel to ensure the business meets all legal and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, partnerships, NDA, and asset purchase agreements. Advise on corporate matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment, including commercial law, employment law, and data protection/privacy compliance. Research and monitor regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, advising or training stakeholders on the required business changes. Support corporate, M&A, and restructuring projects, including due diligence, corporate authorisations, transaction execution, and post-completion activities. Support brand protection efforts through online monitoring and coordination of DMCA takedowns. Liaise with external counsel on legal matters and provide proactive support to internal teams and business stakeholders. Qualifications Degree in Law (EU/UK). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and/or crypto, with a strong background in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law; experience in employment law and data protection is considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice. Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, demonstrating strong ownership and work ethic. Collaborative team player who can operate autonomously when required, with a positive attitude and a solutions-driven, creative approach to legal problem-solving.
