Full Time Chef @ The Prince Arthur

At The Prince Arthur, we are looking to expand our team and a position for a Chef de Partie has become available. Based in Hackney, London E8, The Prince Arthur is a 74 cover neighbourhood pub, working closely with the seasons offering a European, nose-to-tail influenced menu. As we are a small kitchen, you will have the chance to learn a whole range of skills and techniques with everyone helping on all aspects of the menu. From whole animal butchery, fresh pasta, pastry skills, and a lot more. We have a strong focus around producing as many products used in the kitchen as possible.

We work with some of London's best suppliers; Shrub Provisions, Fin & Flounder, and Rocks Oysters to name a few.

Hours:
  • Dinner only Mon-Wednesday 6-10pm
  • Thursday-Saturday Lunch & Dinner 12pm-2:30pm (Saturday 3:30pm) Dinner 5:30pm-10pm
  • Sunday 12-6pm

Certain Requirements:
  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
  • Level 1 & 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Cleaning stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

The ideal candidate would be someone who is punctual, willing to learn, and can also have some fun.
