Hydrogen are working with a leading Investment Manager who are seeking a highly qualified and driven Regulatory Lawyer to join their well respected legal team. This an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for a broad and exciting in-house role where you will work very closely with the investment teams and wider business.




Provide expert legal advice to the investment teams in relation to key regulations including EMIR, MiFID II and MiCA.


· Supporting the business with their digital and crypto asset transactions.


· Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation.


Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 2-6 years PQE gained either in-house or within private practice*.


·Strong understanding of current regulatory framework affecting trading and investments
