Were looking for someone with experience in the Supported Housing sector to join us as a
to lead and manage our supported housing services on the Isle of Wight. You will need to be able to work in a challenging and demanding environment to meet the housing and support needs of people living with addiction, complex behaviours, learning disability and autism.
Lead and work as part of a team to promote independent living and ensure the individual support needs of our customers and residents are met
Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date customer/resident files and ensure every customer/resident has a relevant support plan and individual risk assessment
To lead and manage care and support services promoting health and wellbeing to help people with complex needs gain greater independence within their home and wider community
Maximise opportunities for people to move on successfully into independent accommodation
Experience of working in the Supported Housing Sector
Extensive knowledge of legislation relevant to the provision of specialist housing, care and support
various locations across the Isle of Wight , travel between the schemes/services will be required. You may be required to travel to offices off Island to meet business needs.
