Next Ventures is looking for an Oracle Cloud Senior Test Manager for a contract role with our client in the UK.
Start Date: December/January
Travel: Hybrid

The role of Oracle Cloud Senior Test Manager will be responsible for:

Working collaboratively with client businesses, the IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for implementation projects
Leading the testing services team, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to support and deliver services
Leading and managing testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and their hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing.
Developing a deep understanding of the end to end HCM/Payroll solutions being delivered
Defining testing requirements for the project based on solutions

Experience working as a test manager on an Oracle HCM/Payroll implementation
Must have led test cycles for Payroll Parallel Run
Experience of hybrid testing models (client have a waterfall model so fixed cycles)
Experienced in test strategy, issue management, issue resolution, identifying change request
Ideally experience in Agile, Devops, JIRA
Demonstrable experience of leading large teams (both onshore and offshore), for major test programmes
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, up to and including C-level executives with the ability to influence, build and maintain strong team and client relationships
Strong people management skills with the ability to build a team with the experience to support client opportunities and projected growth.
Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions
