We are seeking a Creative Director, to join our growing global organization
The Creative Director will be expected to demonstrate a range of skills and cross-functional experience, driving creative excellence throughout the client's portfolio as well as in internal projects as required. The successful candidate will oversee and direct conceptual and design projects and will ultimately be responsible to collaborate with the various creative teams to ensure the quality of ideas and the end-to-end design execution of jobs, from brief through to implementation and delivery. This role will inspire, lead and support the client’s creative teams at all levels of creative output across the various accounts and play a significant role in defining and advancing a positive and highly productive ideas/design culture for the client.
Oversee the client's creative output to meet the client’s brief and exacting standards: to proactively monitor the quality of design projects being produced and submitted by leading internal review sessions and seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
Direct and review the team’s work to ensure the highest quality, accuracy, and consistency as well as Brand compliance.
Champion best practice and creative excellence throughout the creative team: help the creative team and clients to find solutions to their briefs as needed.
Mentorship and line management of the department: to motivate and influence the creative team to constantly strive for excellence in performance.
Lead regular/annual creative reviews per client to ensure successes are acknowledged and challenges overcome.
Master a variety of brand tone of voice, visual identities.
Drive training and development of the department.
Creative reputation building: drive creative excellence and lead the development of the client awards submissions (internal & external), show reels, and other collateral when needed in collaboration with the various creative leads and the client leadership team.
Be the creative face the client.
Keep the client's leadership team up to date with creative work being delivered.
Help to build a creative culture within the team.
Plug into the wider client Global creative team.
Complete timesheets and drive compliance within the creative team as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in an art or design subject, such as fine arts, graphic design, or visual communications.
Proven creative excellence with the ability to generate exceptional ideas and practically contribute to copy and design details.
Have a proven ability to effectively manage creative teams.
Ability to build a creative culture that enables inclusivity in idea and opinion sharing.
Ability to direct and nurture creative resources.
Ability to adapt to different working environments or project teams.
A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
Excellent teamwork and time management skills especially when working remotely.
Be proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and other related software.
