Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirken bei der externen und internen Unternehmenskommunikation, Medien- und Pressearbeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Website (inkl. Unterstützung bei der Contenterstellung und bei Onpage-Optimierungsmaßnahmen) sowie des Social-Media-Bereichs
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaterialien
  • Übernahme von allgemeinen Assistenzfunktionen im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Marketing, idealerweise im Finanzumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen CMS-, Grafik- und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen (Typo3, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Hohe Affinität zu Online-Medien und neuen digitalen Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Textstärke mit einem guten Gespür für eine zielgruppenspezifische Ansprache
