Setter/Operator - CNC Turner (Permanent)

JMC are working with an FBO company based in Stansted, looking to recruit a new CNC Setter/Operator to join their team.
This client is well known for outstanding levels of service in their FBO facility. This is a Permanent Position based in Stansted.
23 per hour
* 195 hours holiday increasing with 5 years service + bank holidays + holiday buy back/ unpaid leave scheme
* Overtime 1.5 hourly rate
* Company Pension

* Electric car and cycle to work schemes.
The primary purpose of this role is to operate the CNC Machines and ensure all work meets requirements and timelines.
Running 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines.
* Carry out first offs to ensure parts meet quality and technical requirements specified
* In order to be successful in this role the CNC Setter/Operator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Proven experience in a CNC Setter/Operator role using 3/4/5 axis machines
* Work with engineering and the quality team to improve all aspects of the manufacturing process
