Representing a top US law firm establishing its London office, we're actively seeking a motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post qualified banking & finance experience. You will play a key role, collaborating closely with London-based colleagues and influencing international offices within the global Finance & Restructuring Group. With strong support from senior management, the firm is undergoing an exciting period of global finance expansion, with London and New York as the main engines of this growth.
If you excel in leading cross-border negotiations, drafting intricate lending arrangements, and providing top-tier banking advisory services, seize this opportunity to make your mark in a team that values expertise, encourages business development, and fosters a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
With a robust foundation of 4+ years in banking & finance, expertise in secured lending, and a deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle, your valuable skills are needed. You should also be an admitted solicitor or barrister in England, Australia, or New Zealand, holding a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent.
For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation, sponsorship, and remuneration package is available.
