Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the brand's philosophy of putting the customer at the heart of everything, through tailored customer service exceeding all expectations.
  • Confidently approaching customers on the floor and nurturing relationships with existing customers through personalised clienteling.
  • Build own VIP client book through personalised relationship building.
  • Supporting the brand in hosting events/pop-ups where applicable.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed all set store targets and KPI's, whilst developing own skills.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising; ensuring all product is replenished and H&S guidelines are thoroughly followed.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products and brand history to assist clients in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Assist the boutique manager with key holder duties on occasion.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal appearance, ensuring that the brand's image is consistently upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships between brand and client.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • You have a proactive entrepreneurial spirit, displaying initiative where possible.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service in a premium environment.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are an extra asset.
  • Flexible availability to work Full time, 5 days across Monday - Sunday.
