We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated

Evening Events Assistants

to join our team at

Edinburgh Zoo . This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys customer service and working in fast paced environment.

Job Description:

- Previous experience in catering/retail/customer service

- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times

- To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customerrequests and strive to exceed customer expectations

- To maximize all sales opportunities through selling techniques

- To accept payment and give change to customers, including operatinga till

- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able toadviseindividual customers on their product choice

- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained ontoyour line manager.

Both Full & Part time roles available.

Training provided.

Ideal candidates must be:

- Nice, friendly and customer focused

- Passionate

- Enthusiastic

- Like working as part of a team

Restaurant background beneficial.

Please note that shifts' pattern may vary from afternoon to late evening.
