Position Overview

As the Chief Marketing Officer for Rowen Homes and Pink Boutique, you will drive the strategic marketing vision for both brands, leveraging your understanding of marketing within the fashion and homeware sectors. This senior role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, guiding a diverse team of marketing executives, creative managers, content creators, and graphic designers. You will lead your team from strategy development through to execution, delivery, and performance analysis.

Your role will involve orchestrating innovative marketing campaigns and celebrity collaborations that meet commercial targets, reinforce brand identity and growth. You will ensure the integration of marketing efforts across various channels, including social media and other e-commerce platforms, maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Marketing Officer to scale marketing channels effectively and work alongside the Chief Buying and Merchandising Officer to ensure product launches maximise engagement and reach. As a leader, you will set the standard for excellence, aligning team efforts with business KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy for Rowen Homes and Pink Boutique, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive brand growth and market presence.
  • Develop and manage high-impact marketing campaigns and celebrity collaborations from concept to launch.
  • Oversee and build a team of marketing and creative professionals, guiding them through the full lifecycle of marketing—from planning and execution to analysis and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to integrate marketing with overall business strategies, enhancing customer experiences both online and in-store.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve content performance continually.
  • Create a collaborative environment that nurtures creativity and innovation, providing clear feedback and development opportunities based on performance metrics.
  • Oversee campaign execution across a range of channels, including e-commerce, social and brick and mortar.
  • Develop a commercial strategy for shoppable content channels and oversee the marketing budget with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure ROI targets are met.
  • Manage the team to curate a content calendar that leverages key trading periods and aligns with marketing goals, and ensure this is adhered to by all departments.

  • Demonstrates a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage customers and drive sales.
  • Holds strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse teams and large-scale projects.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
  • Shows excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across various teams and with senior stakeholders.
