Embark on an exciting journey with NTT DATA Business Solutions AG through our Technical Trainee Programme. Over the course of six months, you'll undergo intensive training, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge across one of the below business areas –

Artificial Intelligence/Product Development
ServiceNow
Data Management / Data Migration

Our Technical Trainee Programme sets the stage for a rewarding and successful career in technology consulting. Departmental Training: Engage in a comprehensive training programme designed to provide hands-on experience and deep understanding across all key departments, including Managed Services, AI/Product, ServiceNow, and Data. Acquire essential skills and competencies relevant to your chosen field, honing your expertise in your relevant business area. Work alongside seasoned professionals on real-world projects and initiatives, contributing your insights and ideas to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.


~ Transition seamlessly into your designated department upon completion of the training programme, where you'll apply your newfound skills to impactful projects and initiatives. Whether you're providing top-notch Managed Services support, developing AI-driven solutions, implementing ServiceNow platforms, or analysing data for actionable insights, you'll play a vital role in driving success and delivering value to our clients.

Relevant Degree: Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Management, Data Science, or a related discipline. Strong academic background with a focus on technical skills and knowledge applicable to the technology consulting industry.


~ Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and quantitative reasoning to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.


~ Project Management: Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables. Experience in managing projects or initiatives from initiation to completion.


~ Solid understanding of relevant technical concepts and tools within the technology consulting domain, including but not limited to cloud computing, enterprise software solutions, data analytics, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools and platforms.


~ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Willingness to pursue relevant certifications, training programmes, and educational opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
