Joining this reputable law firm based in Exeter, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters, including:
Taking instructions, dealing with client queries over the phone and in person
Offering guidance to less experienced staff members produce a high-quality service
Maintaining excellent file administration

If you have gained any commercial property experience, this is an advantage but not essential. You might be qualified by experience, or be a Chartered Legal Executive or qualified Licensed Conveyancer, and are accustomed to running your own files to a high standard with independence.

With good prior experience in a local or regional law firm, you are comfortable working collaboratively within a busy team environment, liaising directly with clients and third parties in the interests of progressing each matter.
