Sumer has an opportunity for a part-time Group Company Secretary to join the team, providing high quality company secretarial services to the Group.

This is a part-time, remote role for a Group Company Secretary. The Group Company Secretary will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to corporate governance, maintaining statutory registers, preparing board meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing support and advice to the board of directors and senior management team.

Part-time Company Secretary with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Diligent Entities or similar entity management software as role will include moving company secretarial records to an entity management system.
Excellent attention to detail and written English.
The ability to work independently in what will be a standalone role.

Maintaining the Group corporate structure chart and circulating / providing to internal and external customers for KYC, AML and other purposes.
