Job Title

IT Support Technician - 3 Positions Available

Introduction

Are you a recent Graduate or Service Desk Technician who wants tailored / personalised training working for a Global Media Company?

You will be joining a young & dynamic Service Desk Team which offers personal training to all new starters with quick and progressive career paths to all.

If you are a recent Graduate or looking to take your IT career to the next level then this is the perfect role for you

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Service Desk - Team of 6
  • Logging Faults
  • Troubleshooting Customer Issues

Skills/Qualifications

  • Microsoft / Azure Active Directory Experience
  • Happy to consider a recent Graduate / College Leaver / Customer Service background

Nice to Have's

  • Mac / Adobe Experience
  • Interest in Media - They are a large media / broadcasting firm and they like people who have an interest in this area

Salary/Benefits

  • £25,000 Basic Salary Per Annum (Raises to £26,000 after a successful probation period of 6 months)
  • Extensive Training Programme – 1 day in 5 weeks you have a training day for certifications

Location

Chalfont St Peter (Buckinghamshire)

Shift Pattern

Willingness to work operational patterns Monday to Friday:

  • 06:00am – 14:00pm
  • 09:00am – 17:30pm
  • 12:00pm – 20:00pm

Prepared to undergo security check (SC Clearance)
