As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the management of the home in East Riding of Yorkshire Ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with complex behaviours Working closely with the regional team for support and development Striving to take the home from good to outstanding Package and Benefits:

Home management experience within a complex care setting A proven track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager NVQ Level 5 or equivalent Excellent leadership abilities and a commitment to quality care provision If you've previously held or have been interested in roles such as Care Home Manager, Residential Home Manager, Mental Health Manager, Complex Care Manager, or Registered Care Home Manager, this Home Manager position could be the perfect fit for you.
