You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continued development of the service.

Provide care and support to individuals in two care settings
Coordinate and schedule medical appointments
Strong organisational and time management abilities
This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in three small care settings. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this role requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence, NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification and the willingness to complete your Level 4/5.
