Senior AI/ML Engineer

Join us as a Senior AI/ML Engineer and help shape the future of AI and decision automation at King.
Working alongside analysts, product managers, game designers, and AI/ML engineers, you’ll lead the design and implementation of ML systems that:
Reduce manual operational load while boosting impact and efficiency.
To change how Candy makes decisions - moving from manual, feature-by-feature tuning to real-time, player-centric decision automation. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
Proven experience of applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring.
Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems.
Practical Software Skills
Proficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows.
Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality.
Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication.
A supportive mentor and coach who helps others grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning
