The team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This role offers a lot of freedom for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own personal injury caseload
  • To recruit expert witnesses to add on to our ever-growing panel.
  • To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well
as the claimants  Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and hospitals  To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the claimants  Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant and fit for purpose
  • Scanning, filing and post duties
  • General office admin
Personal requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrator role
  • Experience on the phone is essential
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Experience in data input
  • GDPR awareness and best practice
  • Professional phone and email manner
  • Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential
