*Role Overview:* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Fitness Experience Team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support in achieving their fitness goals. This role involves a combination of direct member interaction, personalised fitness guidance, and maintaining the high standards of our fitness facilities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Member Interaction:* Greet and engage with members, offering assistance and ensuring they feel welcome and supported.

* *Fitness Guidance:* Provide personalised fitness advice and support, helping members with their workouts and ensuring they use equipment safely and effectively.

* *Class Instruction:* Lead or assist with fitness classes and group training sessions, catering to a range of fitness levels and interests.

* *Facility Maintenance:* Ensure all fitness areas and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.

* *Program Promotion:* Promote and encourage participation in club fitness programs, classes, and events.

* *Feedback Collection:* Actively seek and respond to member feedback, helping to continually improve the fitness experience.

* *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the fitness management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service.

*Qualifications:*

* *Experience:* Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role is preferred, but not required.

* *Certification:* Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness instruction) are a plus.

* *Skills:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
