Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances the company’s brand and reputation in the gaming industry
Oversee all external communications including press releases, media relations, social media and content marketing
Internal Communications:
Lead internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement among all 450 employees across the UK and Kuala Lumpur
Create and implement communication plans that keep employees informed and motivated
Develop and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet and any company wide comms events

Develop and lead the company’s CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with company values and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations
Communicate the company’s CSR activities and achievements both internally and externally

Step in to perform communications tasks directly when there are gaps in the team or during high-demand periods
Provide hands-on support for critical projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and development

Leadership and Management:

Manage the communications team, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities
Work closely with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business goals
Monitor and analyse communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements

Significant experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies
Strong understanding of the gaming industry or similar creative industry and its unique communication challenges preferred
Demonstrated experience in CSR strategy development and implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms
A masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field preferred
