Are you a Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) expert with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for customer service? My client is looking for a skilled D365 CE Support Consultant to join their team remotely. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to clients, helping them to fully leverage the power of D365 CE. You’ll work closely with their internal teams and clients, resolving issues and ensuring seamless performance of the D365 CE platform.
Provide first and second-line support for D365 CE, diagnosing and resolving technical issues and escalating when necessary
Maintain and update knowledge bases and support documentation for end-user education
Analyse support tickets and identify recurring issues to recommend improvements
Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and timely follow-up

Proven experience in supporting D365 CE/CRM applications
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining a team player
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical language for end-users
