Waste Water Project Manager - Candidate Requirements
* At least 5 years Waste Water industry experience which must include management of field teams and project rollout
* Experience of waste water network surveys and an ability to build new business
* A proven history of stakeholder, personnel and financial management
* Experience of applying risk management principles particularly in relation to the client, workload, scheduling and reporting
* Full UK driving licence
* You should be willing to travel regularly spending on average 2 nights a week away from home

The Company has an increasing number of long-term contracts with all UK utility companies. The contracts rely on accurate and efficient installation and maintenance of a variety of instrumentation from our Field Engineers. As a total data solution provider, installation and maintenance of this equipment is fundamental to the business.
Waste Water Project Manager - The Role & Main Responsibilities
Managing project resources and implementing agreed strategic approaches and plans for clients across the Midlands region
* Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects
* Working closely with clients in the creation and implementation of instrumentation maintenance strategies
* Communicate with both the company and client management, ensuring performance, budgets and KPIs are visible. Follow up any business development opportunities whilst also ensuring appropriate ownership of customer assets
* Ensure contract governance and adherence to contract specifications
* Quality control and verification of data submitted by Analysts and Senior Project Engineers.
* Identification of potential works and preparation of field packs
Performance management of individuals and teams
* Responsible for all Midlands based project team members - ongoing training and mentoring
* Day to day liaison with staff - ongoing training, mentoring and auditing
Promotion of Health and Safety to ensure safe working practices to protect not only direct reporting staff but also external sub-contractors and the general public
* Identification and management of risk across all activities
* Responsible for all traffic management safety procedures
