Part-time - less than 37.Off-site/remote working - working from home or other sites for part or all the week.
Compressed hours – usually full-time hours but over fewer days or shifts.

Annual Leave: Starting at 27 days a year, rising to 33 days after 10 years plus eight bank holidays (for staff covered by Agenda for Change) For Medical Workforce positions (Consultant and Specialty Doctor), the full-time entitlement commences from 32 days per annum. For all other Medical Workforce positions, the full-time entitlement commences from 27 days per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a band 7 ward sister/Charge Nurse to lead a caring and compassionate team specialising in the delivery of Gastroenterology.
We provide the highest quality of nursing care to both male and female patients. Dixon specialises in acute medicine and has a planned intervention unit called Saxon suite for day case patients which is currently part of this exciting ward leader role.
To provide high quality nursing care and continuing responsibility for the management of Dixon ward.
To provide direction and leadership to the nursing team.
Establish and maintain effective professional networking relationships with the multi-professional team across ULHT.
To work closely with the MDT and educational teams in the overall delivery of safe patient care. To act as a site nurse for the hospital on a rostered or ad hoc basis
