Commercial Systems Executive

AXA Partners is looking for a motivated and dedicated Commercial Systems Executive to support our UK&I team. This is your opportunity to contribute to a global leader in insurance and assistance solutions, helping us deliver exceptional services to our customers and partners. What You'll Be Doing Manage and validate data setup, in partnership with Account Managers, local and global IT teams Support partner onboarding, offboarding activities, and ongoing maintenance of commercial system assets within the eCare/Guidewire ecosystems, like Master Data Manager (MDM) and Computable Contracts Ensure policy coverage assessments are accurate and respond to business feedback Create analysis templates and assist with the creation of data loaders to streamline processes Provide testing support during system and partner updates or change projects Investigate operational issues through root cause analysis to improve performance and drive better customer outcomes Liaise with Product Managers, Account Managers, eCare Solution teams to understand and resolve commercial systems related requirements and issues What You'll Bring Ideally, with 1-2 years of experience in financial services or insurance Knowledge of how insurance contracts and policies are constructed and managed Familiar with scheme terms, conditions, and the digitization of processes Comfortable working with new technologies and systems Highly organized with excellent time management skills Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills Confident in challenging assumptions with evidence-based reasoning As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
