Angove Partners is seeking experienced agency Recruiters to join our London team. You will become part of an exceptional division of recruiters who specialize in the Insurance and Financial Services markets. What you will be doing?

You will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent.

Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations.

Identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our business. Your strategic thinking and persuasive skills will drive our growth while establishing professional relationships within the market.

You will manage and close processes, ensuring consistency and optimising revenue streams.

Advertising current vacancies, seeking out referrals, and headhunting to attract high-quality candidates.

Achieving set targets and deadlines.

Participating in team training sessions and providing constructive input in meetings.

Provide professional advice within your market.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous Agency recruitment experience within Insurance, Financial services (or similar vertical).
  • 3+ years working in a 360/full-desk model (both sales/account management & recruiting).
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships & accounts.
  • Proven track record in developing your own business and billings within a niche (candidate short) vertical discipline.
  • Motivated by providing high-quality service that adds value to the team and wider business.
  • A critical thinker with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to turn negatives into positives and to see challenges as opportunities.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a great eye for detail.
  • Target-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen learner who enjoys developing, pushing themselves, and is excited to advance their career.
  • A high achiever with excellent communication and people skills.
