This care home in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire is a purpose built centre, which is medium-sized and has a lovely community feel. Having a holistic and a person- centred approach is essential as this care home offers personalised care plans for each resident. You will be putting together treatment plans and managing a team of care assistants. In addition, you will work alongside the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Directors and Nursing team using highly strong teamwork whilst also enjoying your role. Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
