My client is a forward-thinking agency with offices in High Wycombe and Northampton, creating insight-led, imaginative, and technically advanced retail solutions — from flagship stores and shop-in-shops to bespoke displays and pop-ups They’re thought leaders in their field, offering end-to-end services spanning design, production, installation, and fulfillment. Whether delivering a full-scale retail transformation or a standalone activation, they bring creativity, precision, and impact to every project. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a talented Project Estimator to join their team in High Wycombe, playing a key role in supporting the Project Management team in delivering outstanding retail marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for retail display, shopfit, and pop-up projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine material, labour, and time requirements Work closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure every project is cost-effective, efficient, and of exceptional quality. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Provide financial insight and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the agency’s reputation for delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. About You Strong numerical and analytical skills, with at least 2 years’ experience in an estimating role. Experience working within project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Ideally, experience in retail fixtures, shopfitting, or point-of-sale (POS) displays. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Salary - Up to £40K Location - High Wycombe
