Head of Sportsbook Product

As a new and innovative casino platform launched by industry veterans in betting and crypto, our platform aims to disrupt the crypto betting industry with our revolutionary platform and proprietary games. Our vision extends beyond crypto, with a day 2 strategy to establish ourselves as a mainstream leader in the gambling industry.

As the Head of Sportsbook Product, you will be at the forefront of this mission, driving the creation of sportsbook products that the industry has never seen before. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to ensure our product strategy not only meets but anticipates the evolving needs of our users, setting new industry standards. As the primary point of contact for the C-level team on all sportsbook product initiatives, your role will be pivotal in bringing this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pioneering Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product strategy for the sportsbook, with a focus on innovation and differentiation. Align this strategy with our broader product vision and business objectives. Your mission will be to build products that challenge the status quo and deliver a sportsbook experience unlike anything currently available in the market.
  • Collaboration with Growth: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Growth to ensure that product development aligns with growth objectives. Together, you will drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through cutting-edge product offerings that resonate with our target audience.
  • Leadership and Culture: Build and nurture a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative product team. Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Agile Partnership with Technology: Partner with the technology management team in an agile environment, overseeing the definition, design, scoping, and delivery of sportsbook products. Ensure that your team’s innovative ideas are translated into technically sound and scalable solutions.
  • Innovative Roadmap Execution: Lead the development of a forward-thinking product roadmap, taking ideas from concept to production. Prioritize initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible, delivering products that surprise and delight both end-users and back-office stakeholders.
  • Optimization and Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance product development processes to improve execution speed and efficiency. Implement effective collaboration models and streamline operations to ensure rapid delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Strategic Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and manage relationships with third-party technology suppliers, gaming platforms, and content providers. Ensure that these partnerships support the delivery of industry-first sportsbook products.
