Field Service & Commissioning Engineer – Bedfordshire (On-site)
We’re hiring a mid-level engineer (2–4 years) to join a global leader in high-efficiency ISO plastic card production systems. Expect worldwide travel , mainly to the USA , handling installation, commissioning, and customer-facing support on advanced machinery.
If you’ve got C&G/BTEC, strong engineering fundamentals, can read drawings, and love solving problems on-site — this is your next step.

Applicable Apprenticeship and / or time served or relevant qualifications (C&G, BTEC or equivalent)
Engineer should ideally have mechanical and electrical experience (multiskilled) – but an Electrical engineer or a Mechanical engineer will be considered.
You will be focusing on installing and fault finding a range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding and the ability to read assembly drawings and circuit diagrams.
Good knowledge and use of a PC and knowledge of Word, Excel and Project based software.
