Interim Technical Business Analyst Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application. Circa. £400 a day (Outside IR35) Surrey - Hybrid (3 – 4 days a week in office) 6 months – opportunity to roll over to a permanent contract. HL58318 Finatal is currently partnered with a rapidly expanding B2B law firm, with recent circa £50 million investment from a leading Private Equity Fund they are optimising their technology platform and have doubled in size in the past 18 months. They are now looking for Technical Business Analyst who can lead their new predictive analytics initiative working cross functionally to translate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business units, development teams and key stakeholders including senior leaders, project managers and developers to define requirements that align to overall business strategy acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Spearhead the new machine learning and predictive analytics project, you will have the opportunity to work across Databricks, Azure and Power BI.
  • Using your strong analytical skills to understand complex business problems and develop innovative technical solutions that address the needs of stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Opportunity to develop your knowledge on software development and computer science implementation within business environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong Track record of working as a BA or Technical BA.
  • Experience with Databricks, Machine Learning or AI predictive analytics and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Databases, 3-tier architecture, ML/AI concepts and Azure.
  • Knowledge of development practices including the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles. (An understanding of code will be beneficial)
