To deliver a high quality, responsive and valued engineering service across building services projects.
 
Continuously assess and improve engineering processes to increase efficiency, quality, and team productivity
Encourage a culture of experimentation, feedback, and data-driven decision-making
Ensure that the team is using the most appropriate tools and methodologies for project management, version control, and delivery
 
Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and related infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs
Prepare reports on system performance, repairs, and any necessary replacements
Maintain and update technical knowledge on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends
 
 
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification)
Proven experience in HVAC engineering
Valid gas safety certification (e.g., Gas Safe Registered or equivalent, if applicable)
Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
In-depth knowledge of gas heating systems and ventilation components
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites
