This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients sites in Perth and require temporary Chefs for our clients site. Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants. Our clients are looking for temporary Chefs to cover short term / interim term bookings and long term duration bookings. Immediate start available for the right person. Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; must be qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum). Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and any other duties as required. (must be able to wash dishes/pots and clean the kitchen when required) Hours of work are variable - mainly between Monday to Sunday so flexibility is required. This role is subject to PVG membership. Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles. Your Time at Work Hours of work are variable - mainly between Monday to Sunday so flexibility is required. Our Perfect Worker Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
