We are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Client Relationship Executive for this high profile professional services firm. Based in any UK office 2 days this role involves working with the Head of Client Development and the client development team to support them in implementing client experience strategy.
The annual benchmarking client survey, in-depth client services reviews, post-transaction reviews and bespoke client feedback projects. alongside research agencies to deliver client listening projects.
• with the client relationship team to identify and communicate best practice in client care, using client feedback to identify trends in client experience to update the Board and senior leaders.
• demonstrable Client relationship management/BD or Marketing experience within a professional services environment; ideally legal or accountancy
desire to build project management skills;
must be competent at using Excel and comfortable handling large data sets; strong analytical and report writing skills along with excellent written English.
