OUR VALUES Driven by Service Passion for Travel Commitment to Customers and Our People Commitment to Social Responsibility and Our 5-Year Sustainability Strategy POSITION SUMMARY This role plays a crucial part in the building of our itineraries brick by brick into our inhouse reservation system, Tropics. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the components of the trips for multiple tour operators, ensuring they are accurately represented and sold across all channels. Additionally, you’ll play a part in bringing them to life and launching them for sale globally for our Reservation Teams and on our websites. This role includes working on many of our award-winning brands Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Brendan Vacations and Grand European all part of The Travel Corporation family. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining a database of Travel Corporation Products (travel itineraries & other ancillary products) in Excel and Airtable Building and maintaining Operating Products with all their inclusions component by component in our in-house system and making them available for sale globally Working to strict Product Launch/On Sale deadlines in Tropics (in-house system) Travel itinerary data collation ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA Excellent attention to detail & accuracy Ability to analyse and interpret data Exceptional organisational skills Able to use initiative and follow instructions Team player with flexible approach to working methods with changing priorities and pressures. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE Geographical knowledge of Europe advantageous Fluency in English (both written and oral) Computer literacy – must have EXCEL working knowledge & experience TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS None required Ready to Join Us?
