Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring sales targets and performance objectives are met.
• Oversee and motivate a close-knit branch team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales, market share, and profitability.
• Identify and nurture new and existing business accounts, promoting strong, long-term relationships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards, addressing client needs both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Independently plan and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resource management.

• Valid UK driving licence.
