Senior Recruitment Consultant or above Contract Finance desk - London, Cheapside Your New Role and Team: You will specialise in placing Senior Finance professionals across the public sector, recruiting for roles such as Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Heads of Finance, and Senior Finance Business Partners within: Government bodies – including central government departments and local authorities Higher education – universities and research institutions Housing associations – large social housing providers and not-for-profit organisations Experience in Senior Finance recruitment isn’t essential; you’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a highly experienced team, including specialist guidance from our Business Director with 20+ years’ market expertise. You’ll also benefit from strong existing client relationships, but success in this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development. A significant part of your time will be spent engaging new clients and promoting our recruitment services through meetings and virtual channels. Your role will be an equal mix of candidate and client engagement. In a skill-short market, you’ll need to demonstrate innovative ways to attract top Senior Finance talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and beyond.
