We’re thrilled to invite an experienced Data Professional to join our dynamic and expanding Asset Management team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our growing Strategic Asset Management team, where your contributions will help us invest in people and places to create a stronger, more sustainable future.
In this newly created position, you will take on the role of Asset Data Owner for Platform Housing Group. You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and effective management of asset data, driving continuous improvements in data integrity, ensuring the availability of data for key business processes, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in supporting our asset change programme where needed.
Some things we are looking for:
Proven experience in data analysis and management
Proven experience of data management principles and practices
Experience of working with analytical software – Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
Understanding of corporate data management
Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and third parties
While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, approximately 1-2 times a month. Our Group offices are conveniently located at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull and Central Park in Worcester.
