The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong, experienced team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of local residential properties let on AST’s, so experience in all aspects of Residential Property Management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices and dealing with safety certificates is beneficial. You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential, while delivering superb customer care and service. In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a track record of working within a customer service environment. Local candidates with their own cars will be considered preferentially. The skills required for this Junior Property Manager role will include: Previous experience in Property Management beneficial Understanding of current lettings legislation advantageous Highly organized and able to prioritise work load Problem solve effectively High level of customer service skills Good telephone manner and positive attitude Ability to work in a pressurised environment Knowledge of the local area helpful Full Driving License essential and own car preferred Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management The Company: Our client is a leading local independent Lettings agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and busy offices in and the Guildford area.
