The Role: As the Registered Home Manager, you will be:

Building strong relationships with residents and their families or next of kin Providing clear and supportive leadership to the care home staff Managing and monitoring medications, care plans, and staff rotas

The Candidate: The ideal Registered Home Manager will have:

A relevant management qualification Previous experience in a similar role A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and standards Strong leadership and communication skills
