The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring IT solutions for small and midsize businesses, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service by identifying and resolving pain points with appropriate solutions. This role involves quoting and processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and utilizing CRM and ERP tools for effective sales management and communication. The Inside Sales Representative must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to retain and grow customer accounts while embodying SHI Corp Sales values.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments through regular training.
Utilize internal tools like CRM and ERP for effective sales management and communication.
Retain and grow existing customer accounts through regular profiling and engagement.
Attend required sales and product training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Digital Acumen: Can identify opportunities to use digital tools for improvement and propose digital solutions.
Self-Motivation: Can identify personal or professional growth opportunities, propose self-improvement strategies, and take action without explicit instructions.

Emotional Intelligence: Can identify and manage personal emotions and begin to recognize others’ emotions in moderate situations.
The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
