INIS is a new cafe opening in the spring set on the canal towpath in Hackney Wick serving a seasonal menu of Irish-British food. We are looking for a passionate and aspirational Sous chef, with a good understanding of cooking and kitchen experience of at least two years to complete the team. Our philosophy is that beautiful food begins with the best possible ingredients, and we look to highlight the freshness and seasonality of the best available produce. Great staff food and a warm friendly team, our working environment emphasises recognition and respect. We have a dynamic culture of ongoing training, learning and promotion within a friendly and professional workplace. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Produce, quality and sustainability are important in what we are about, we will embed sustainability into the business, therefore we are looking for someone who can help build a sustainable kitchen with plenty ideas, passion and obviously a love of food.
