Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within architecture and engineering, with a strong track record of success.
Expertise: - Kotlin programming language for backend development. - Proficiency in MongoDB for database management. - Strong proficiency in React for front-end development. - Full-stack engineering background is preferred, with experience in both backend and frontend technologies.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
Additional Preferred Skills: Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
