· To lead the hygiene specialist team and security team, ensuring the highest level of service with a 'can do' 'will do' attitude at all times.

· Working as part of the wider team to ensure exceptional levels of security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are delivered.

· To ensure compliance and regulations for the Security and Hygiene team are up to date.

Reporting to the Senior Line Managers, the Site Manager is responsible for providing an exemplary level of site management and customer service, promoting the company brand through compliance with policies and procedures with a fair and consistent approach. They will be the integral link between our senior management team and our clients, representing the Company at all times whilst on duty. Lead, manage, and motivate the Hygiene Specialist Team and Security Team to ensure effective performance and professional development.

· Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and support as necessary.

· Oversee the daily operations of the shopping centre, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and security.

· Serve as the first point of contact for Police for any incidents, and collaborate regarding sharing of local intelligence.

· Preserve assets of clients and site contractors such as vehicles, tools, and machinery.

· Maintain a security log of all activities and incidents occurring during the shift for audit purposes.

· Hygiene and Cleanliness:

· Meet and greet visitors, contractors, and staff, providing excellent customer service.

· Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure staff readiness.

· Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on site performance and issues.

· Ensure that fire regulations are adhered to at all times.

· Proven experience in site or facilities management, preferably in a retail or shopping centre environment.

· Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends, sometimes at short notice.

· Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

· Relevant qualifications in facilities management, security management, or a related field are desirable.

Must hold a valid front-line SIA Licence or be eligible to obtain one in the near future
