Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Our client is renowned not just for the quality of their products but also for being an exceptional place to work. With business booming and exciting growth on the horizon, this is the perfect time to step into a pivotal role as a Quality Engineer in their Leeds facility.

Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to identify and swiftly resolve any quality issues.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction.
Perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevent future issues.
Prepare and author First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring the highest standards of precision and compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain meticulous records of quality investigations and corrective actions.
Contribute to the company’s longstanding reputation for excellence by upholding and advancing quality standards.

Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in managing NCRs, customer complaints, and root cause analysis.
A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
Stable and consistent shifts from 7:30am to 4:00pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
